When you call to schedule your appointment, be ready to have the following things available:

Referral (either bring it by or ask your PCP to fax/email it over)

It must have your child's diagnosis and type of therapy

Insurance information so we can verify

Times and days you are interested in
WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT
On your first visit, expect to fill out our intake packet.

You and your child will meet our evaluating therapist who will conduct an assessment based on their age, diagnosis, and referral information. You may be asked lots of questions! Feel free to ask them too!
The therapist will let you know their initial recommendations. If therapy is recommended, our staff will ask you for days and times you can come to therapy.
We submit all the information to your insurance for approval. This may take several weeks. Please be patient! We will do our best to streamline the process.
After approval from your insurance, we will give you a call to set up appointments for your child's therapy.
